Select parcels of fruit from our oldest Shiraz vines were used to produced our inaugural Sir Paz Estate Family Reserve, EVANGELOS.

Graceful and immensely complex, the wine shows dark fruit richness, fine leather, bouquet garni, rich floral and assorted nut aromas on the nose. The concentrated palate exhibits outstanding weight and depth, wonderfully framed by chalky tannins, finishing superbly long and satisfying. Gorgeously harmonious and seamless with a prolonged, captivating finish.
